Byron Donalds, a Congressman representing Florida's 19th district, has been vocal on various issues through his social media presence. His recent tweets highlight concerns over federal agencies and public safety.

On February 8, 2025, Donalds criticized the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau (CFPB), stating that it is "a highly partisan agency created under partisan parameters during one party rule." He further asserted that the CFPB is unconstitutional due to a lack of oversight and described it as more of a freelancer than a regulator. Donalds mentioned his efforts in sponsoring bills to repeal this federal agency for the past two Congresses. "CFPB is a highly partisan agency created under partisan parameters during one party rule."

Later on the same day, Donalds addressed an incident involving the United States Postal Service (USPS), where he described the loss of Mr. Neiheiser’s remains as "unfathomable, unacceptable, and completely inexcusable." He attributed this incident to systemic issues within government bureaucracy and emphasized the need for increased efficiency. "The @USPS's loss of Mr. Neiheiser’s remains was unfathomable, unacceptable, and completely inexcusable."

On February 9, 2025, Donalds informed his constituents about a natural event—a 7.6 magnitude earthquake off the coast of Honduras in the Caribbean Sea. He reassured residents of Southwest Florida by relaying information from USGS that there was no tsunami danger for the US Gulf Coast at that time. He advised staying tuned to local authorities for updates. "ATTENTION SOUTHWEST FLORIDA A 7.6 magnitude earthquake was registered off the coast of Honduras in the Caribbean Sea."
