WASHINGTON – Congressman Byron Donalds (R-FL) joined Fox & Friends on Fox News Channel to discuss the Biden administration's disastrous border policies and his recent co-sponsorship of H.R. 5283 – "The Protecting Our Communities From Failure to Secure the Border Act of 2023."

Co-sponsoring H.R. 5283 is the least that we can do in the House:

"Listen, this is absolutely outrageous. This is why so many members of the House of Representatives wanted to have Alejandro Mayorkas removed from his position, but we have a significantly bigger problem and that problem is Joe Biden. Let's be very clear. Joe Biden on Day One made border policy the way it is. It is destructive of the country. It's destructive of every city, whether you're a blue city, red city, it doesn't matter, it is indiscriminate. And now we have major issues not just at the Southern border, but now at the Northern border. And so, co-sponsoring this bill with my colleague from New York, Nicole Malliotakis, is the least that we can do in the House, but it is insane that members of Congress have to sponsor legislation to stop the White House from basically housing migrants on public lands, especially considering all of the disaster that's happened throughout the Southern border, throughout our country. It's a complete joke and it's wrong that this is happening to the American people."
