He stated: "Thank you to @GOPoversight Chairman @RepJamesComer and Ranking Member @GerryConnolly for your steadfast support of this important bill. H.R. 856 will now advance to the US Senate. I once again look forward to the expeditious passage of this common-sense, bipartisan legislation."
