Ms. Thomas then attended the University of Florida Levin College of Law where she graduated with her Juris Doctor in 2021. While in law school, Ms. Thomas was recognized by the City, County, and Local Government Law Section of the Florida Bar for her research and work on urban agriculture, preemption, and property valuation.
