Beginning Monday, May 16, 2022, the City of Naples and Hannula Landscaping and Irrigation Inc. will begin construction within the medians on Goodlette-Frank Road between 7th Avenue North and Golden Gate Parkway. This is Phase 2 of the 2-year project to restore the median landscape along Goodlette-Frank Road from US41 to Golden Gate Parkway. Work will include the complete removal of trees and vegetation within the medians with restoration to follow the removal to include new trees, shrubs, groundcover, and new irrigation. Construction is expected to be completed in August 2022.
Traffic control and warning signs will be installed within the work zone. Most of the work will impact vehicular traffic and this traffic control will follow all guidelines set forth by the Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT) for maintenance of traffic (MOT).
