Ave Maria City recently issued the following announcement.
Two prominent national real estate consulting agencies, RCLCO Real Estate Consulting and John Burns Real Estate Consulting, have named Ave Maria, Florida as one of the Top 25 Selling Master-Planned Communities in the United States, according to their annual reports. Ave Maria had a record-breaking 646 new home sales in 2021, placing the development on both lists as the highest-ranking community in all of Collier County.
RCLCO ranks Ave Maria 24th in its annual list of Top 50 Selling Master-Planned Communities. “With an impressive 28% growth in new home sales, Collier County’s Ave Maria has rocketed itself to the rank of 24th best-selling master-planned community in the country for 2021, following a 39th place finish in 2020. This ongoing success should be viewed as a testament to the careful planning and investment in community place-making which Barron Collier Companies has done to set the Ave Maria community apart from its competition,” states the report’s author Karl Pischke of RCLCO.
Ave Maria moves up 13 positions on the John Burns Real Estate Consulting list from the 2020 annual report, ranking as the 25th top- selling Master-Planned Community in the nation. “Ave Maria ranked in the top-25 fastest-selling master planned communities in 2021 with nearly 650 sales – a 28% increase from the previous year. Ave Maria’s small-town charm and natural surroundings attract retirees as well as families. With its large sidewalks, water park, parks, and retail offerings, Ave Maria offers something for all buyers, all within a safe and community-focused master plan,” reports Lesley Deutch, Managing Principal with John Burns Real Estate Consulting.
Various housing types from condominiums, attached villas to single-family homes featuring lake, preserve, and golf course views are offered in the master-planned community. Twenty designer model homes are open daily for viewing and prices range from the $200s to $600s. CC Homes, Del Webb Naples, Lennar, and Pulte Homes are the residential builders. On-site amenities include a water park, soccer and baseball fields, fitness center, amphitheater, dog park, trails, bocce and tennis courts, Town Center with Publix Supermarket, commercial center with Mobil gas station, private schools from preschool through university, and free events throughout the year.
