2023 Youth Business Fair Orientation

Thank you for registering for the 2023 Youth Business Fair!

We can’t wait to see all of your amazing products and services on display for our community at the fair on Saturday, February 25th from 10am-1pm.

We would like to invite you to join us for an Orientation Event on Wednesday, February 15th from 5:30-6:30PM at 5775 Osceola Trail at the CCPS Administrative Building Board Room.

Check-in for the event will be 5:00-5:30pm and the program will begin promptly at 5:30pm. We would like to ask at least 1 student and 1 parent from each business to attend. All participants and parents are invited.

We will provide information on load in, set up, timeline, awards, judging, tips & tricks, marketing, pricing, social media and be available to answer all of your questions!

While orientation is not mandatory for participation in the Youth Business Fair, registration for orientation is manadtory. Please register before Friday, February 10th, 2023.

Please stop at registration and check in when you arrive. Photos and videos will be taken during the event. You may also be asked to share more on video about your business and what the community can expect when they attend the fair.

You do not need to bring anything with you to the orientation besides something to take notes with. While a copy of the slides will be available via email, it will only have bullet points so the context will only be available during the live event.
