2022 Distinguished Public Service Awards Will Be Held on Jan. 10

The Greater Naples Chamber will host its annual Distinguished Public Service Awards on Tuesday, January 10 at 3:30pm at the Naples Yacht Club. The event will honor our local heroes in law enforcement, fire, and emergency services who have exceeded the daily job requirements in Collier County and have gone above and beyond.

The 2022 honorees are:

Law Enforcement: Corporal Henry Fedorchak, Corporal James Sheran, Deputy Rebecca Maciques

Fire Services: Battalion Chief Erick Baltodano

Emergency Medical Services: Battalion Chief Charlie Matthews

This year marks the 19th anniversary of the Distinguished Public Service Awards event. It is a high honor award from Greater Naples Chamber that is bestowed on public service employees and recognizes individuals and teams for exceptional work performance and achievements in their respective industries: law enforcement, fire, and emergency services.

“This is one of our favorite events,” said Michael Dalby, the president and CEO of Greater Naples Chamber.  “We are privileged to once again recognize the outstanding work of our first responders and applaud the outstanding efforts of these professionals who help keep us safe during an emergency crisis.”

Sponsors of the event are First Horizon, The Wellington Group at Morgan Stanley, Collier County 100 Club, Patrick O’Connor Premier Sotheby’, Dragon Horse Agency, Gulf Coast International Properties, Maxwell Mortgage Team, and Premier Sotheby’s International Realty.

This event is open to the public and it is $55 to attend. Different sponsorships are also available to host some of our heroes and show support to our public service organizations. Registration is required and more information can be found at https://www.napleschamber.org/dpsa.html
