Quarter 4 Report Cards
The Elementary Progress Report and Secondary Report Cards will be available on the FOCUS Portal starting June 13, 2022.
To access the Quarter 4 Report Card electronically as a PDF:
- Navigate to https://focus.collierschools.com/focus/ using Google Chrome
- Enter the Username - your student’s lunch number (student number)
- Enter the Password
- For students in Pre-Kindergarten through Grade 2, enter 1
- For students in Grades 3-12, enter your student’s birthday month and day as four digits (e.g., September 7, 2011 would be 0907)
- Under your student’s picture, click the Reports tab
- Click the Quarter 4 Report Card
- The final grade for Algebra 1, Biology, Geometry, M/J Civics, and United States History courses will be updated when the Florida Department of Education releases the results for the statewide End-of-Course assessments, expected June 30, 2022.
