Professor Christopher Stevens from Notre Dame University (ND) came to CSN to present on “Leadership” to our US Entrepreneurship and AP Economics classes.
Our students learned from Mr. Stevens' inspiring talk focusing on powerful leadership perspectives. He began with a look at the CSN mission statement and discussed living one’s dream while making a positive difference in the world.
Mr. Stevens is a '74 ND graduate and founder of the ND Inspired Leadership Initiative. He teaches in the ESTEEM program at ND, both at the undergraduate and graduate levels within the MBA program. Prior to joining ND, Mr. Stevens was the founder and CEO of CS 74 Ventures LLC, a holding company of 20+ initiatives in which he has invested/owns with a commitment to donating at least 50% of the profits to charitable/social causes. Mr. Stevens was responsible for all aspects of Keurig’s Corporate Responsibility initiatives as part of a commitment to donate at least 5% of its pre-tax profits to environmental and social causes. He retired from Keurig, Inc. in May 2013 to join the Mendoza College of Business at ND and pursue other business and charitable ventures.
