Golden Gate High School recently issued the following announcement.
1. On August 25th, we will be hosting Club Rush during our lunchtime. Please encourage your child to walk around the courtyard and join some of the awesome clubs that are happening this year at Golden Gate High School. For a list of clubs available for your child to join, please look on the school website under the students tab.
2.Tile 1 Parent Night and Open House(Curriculum Night) - Monday, August 30th - 6:30 pm - 8:00 pm
Parent Meeting will begin at 6:30 pm in the Auditorium
Students and Parents can visit classrooms after the Parent Meeting
If your child does not attend the evening with you, please ask your child to provide their class schedule with you with room number.
3. Picture Day for all Freshmen, Sophomores, and Juniors will take place on Wednesday, September 1st at GGHS. All underclassmen will take their pictures during their English classes during the school day. Make sure that you are dressed school appropriately for the picture.
Seniors need to schedule an appointment to get their picture taken. Please have your child check their Canvas page for updates of times and location.
4. No School on Monday, September 6th and Tuesday, September 7th, for students. We hope everyone enjoys the four day holiday weekend.
5. Please encourage your child to wear school spirit apparel on Fridays. We will be selling GGHS apparel at our Parent night 8/30.
