Naples Standard

Community High School of Naples issued the following announcement.

Oct. 23, also known as Mole Day, celebrates Avogadro's Number (6.022 x 1023), a chemistry unit that represents the number of particles in one mole of a substance. Chemistry classes in our US celebrated Mole Day by creating stuffed moles with clever puns. Congratulations to the following Mole Day project winners:

• 1st Place: The Night at the Mole-seum by sophomores Eva Bessette, Rachel Li, and Via Lipman
• 2nd Place: Harry Moletter by Ariella Levine '23
• 3rd Place: Rosmole by Ali Lagergren '23

Honorable Mentions

• Mole-cial Distancing by Jacob Baer '22, Gabe Caito '23, Katherine Carr '22, and Kate Kaplan '22
