On Friday, April 11, former Naples High School standout CJ Bussell’s current college team, the Dayton Flyers, won 6-1 in their NCAA Division I baseball game against the George Washington Colonials.
The game took place at Woerner Field. This was their first matchup against the Colonials this season.
The Flyers’ next game is scheduled for Saturday, April 12 at 12 p.m. at Woerner Field against George Washington Colonials.
The week starting Monday, March 2 will feature action from these former Collier County area high school stars.
