On Sunday, April 13, former Naples High School standout CJ Bussell’s current college team, the Dayton Flyers, won 9-8 in their NCAA Division I baseball game against the George Washington Colonials.
The game took place at Woerner Field. This was their third matchup against the Colonials this season.
The Flyers’ next game is scheduled for Tuesday, April 15 at 3 p.m. at Woerner Field against Ohio Bobcats.
The week starting Monday, March 2 will feature action from these former Collier County area high school stars.
