On Saturday, April 19, former Gulf Coast High School standout Emily Garcia’s current college team, the Gardner-Webb Runnin’ Bulldogs, lost 7-3 in their NCAA Division I softball game against the USC Upstate Spartans.

The game took place at Brinkley Softball Stadium. This was their third matchup against the Upstate Spartans this season.

The Runnin’ Bulldogs’ next game is scheduled for Saturday, April 26 at 3 p.m. at CSU Softball Complex against Charleston Southern Buccaneers.
