He wrote “My team was in attendance at the retirement ceremony of Cape Coral native, Major Jason L Stewart. Byron Donalds has been serving in Congress since replacing Francis Rooney in 2021. Born in Brooklyn in 1978 and now residing in Naples, he holds degrees from both Florida A&M University and Florida State University.
