On National Purple Heart Day, we remember, honor, and celebrate the over 1.8 million recipients of the Purple Heart for their bravery, sacrifice, and courageous service.”

At 22:32 UTC on the same day, Donalds highlighted an economic development announcement involving Apple Inc., stating: “DID YOU KNOW: @Apple has officially committed to investing $600+ billion into the United States over the next four years. Under the Trump Administration, we are bringing manufacturing back to the United States and we are MAKING AMERICA PROSPEROUS AGAIN”

Byron Donalds has represented Florida’s 19th congressional district since replacing Francis Rooney in 2021 and previously served in the Florida House of Representatives from 2016 to 2020. Born in Brooklyn in 1978 and currently residing in Naples, Donalds holds degrees from both Florida A&M University and Florida State University.
