In another tweet posted on the same day, he quoted @SecretaryBurgum, who stated: “This is a huge day for the nuclear industry. Mark this day on your calendar. This is going to turn the clock back on over 50 years of overregulation of an industry.” The Secretary emphasized American innovation and leadership in this field.

Additionally, Congressman Donalds relayed comments from @SecDef emphasizing energy security’s critical role in national security. The statement underscored that without reliable energy for military bases and troops both domestically and abroad, vulnerabilities arise.
