Congressman Byron Donalds, who represents Florida’s 19th district in the U.S. Congress, recently shared a series of updates on his official Twitter account highlighting legislative efforts and community engagement.

On May 14, 2026, Donalds posted a brief message: “Let’s get to work https://t.co/LJmmRcaVy6”.

The following day, on May 15, he described his participation in a volunteer event supporting military families: “Yesterday, I had the honor of volunteering with @BlueStarFamily and @Disney to pack care kits for our military and veteran families. Byron Donalds has served as the representative for Florida’s 19th District since 2021 after succeeding Francis Rooney. He previously held office in the Florida House of Representatives from 2016 to 2020. Born in Brooklyn in 1978 and currently residing in Naples at age 44, Donalds holds degrees from both Florida A&M University and Florida State University.
