Congressman Byron Donalds, who has been serving in the U.S. Congress representing Florida’s 19th district since 2021, shared a series of tweets recently that reflect his current engagements and political priorities.

On July 2, 2025, Congressman Donalds tweeted about his participation in the Summer Education Training Program organized by the Florida Prosecuting Attorney’s Association (FPAA). He expressed his honor in joining State Attorney Amira Fox and other members of the FPAA for this event. “The Florida Prosecuting Attorney’s Association serves all elected State Attorneys & their Assistant State Attorneys throughout the Sunshine State. This week, I was honored to join State Attorney Amira Fox and the members of the FPAA, for their Summer Education Training Program.”

Later on July 2, Donalds emphasized his commitment to advancing President Trump’s agenda through legislative action. He outlined three key objectives: passing “One Big Beautiful Bill,” implementing President Biden’s agenda, and making America great again. He highlighted the need for government actions that prioritize American citizens following demands for change in November elections. “1. Pass the One Big Beautiful Bill 2. Implement @POTUS’s Agenda 3. MAKE AMERICA GREAT AGAIN In November, the American people demanded this change and they deserve a government that will PUT THEM FIRST. We must get President Trump’s America First Agenda across the finish line.”

In a subsequent tweet on July 3, Donalds reiterated his call to action with a succinct message urging for legislative progress: “PASS THE BILL “

Byron Donalds has been an active political figure since he began serving in Congress after replacing Francis Rooney in 2021. Before this role, he served in the Florida House of Representatives from 2016 to 2020. Born in Brooklyn, New York City in 1978, Donalds currently resides in Naples and holds degrees from both Florida A&M University and Florida State University.
