Congressman Byron Donalds, who represents Florida’s 19th district in the U.S. Congress, posted a series of statements on November 4, 2025, alleging misconduct by Senate Democrats and federal judicial officials.
In his first post on November 4, Donalds claimed, “During ‘Arctic Frost’ Senate Republicans had their offices investigated, their phones tapped & their records subpoenaed by a weaponized DOJ. Democrats are silent. Why? Because they have no message, no platform, no leader & the only way they can maintain power is with lawfare.”
Later that day, he criticized Judge Boasberg’s conduct: “Judge Boasberg was entrusted to be impartial & non-political. HE FAILED. He became a corrupt, hyper-partisan hack that signed-off on unlawful subpoenas to target & entrap his GOP rivals. HE MUST BE IMPEACHED & I stand with @RepBrandonGill in fighting to secure accountability.”
Donalds continued his criticism of Democratic leadership and judicial actions in a third post: “Democrats need to decide: Do they want a country with free & open debate? That is of, by & for the people? Where justice is blind? Or do they want a country where rogue judges & prosecutors target their political rivals? This Deep State corruption must be ended ONCE & FOR ALL.” All posts were made on November 4.
Byron Donalds has served as the U.S. Representative for Florida’s 19th District since 2021 after replacing Francis Rooney and previously held office in the Florida House of Representatives from 2016 to 2020. Born in Brooklyn in 1978 and currently residing in Naples, Donalds holds degrees from both Florida A&M University and Florida State University.
