Congressman Byron Donalds, who represents Florida’s 19th district in the U.S. Congress, published a series of posts on November 4, 2025, addressing concerns about judicial conduct and the impartiality of the legal system.
In his first post at 19:57 UTC, Donalds stated, “I proudly stand with @RepBrandonGill in impeaching radical activist Judge James Boasberg. He abused his power by weaponizing the judiciary, he has committed high crimes and misdemeanors, he is unfit for office, and he should be impeached. See the articles of impeachment below: https://t.co/pPUK35r7SV https://t.co/O6W472bW5E”.
Later that evening at 21:25 UTC, Donalds commented on alleged partisan actions within bar associations during President Biden’s administration. He wrote, “People don’t want to talk about this, but it’s true. Under Biden, far-left attorneys in bar associations across America were blackballing the patriots defending January 6th detainees from lawfare. Our legal system is not a platform for partisan vendettas. JUSTICE MUST BE BLIND.”
At 21:39 UTC on November 4, Donalds further criticized Democratic leadership and federal prosecutors’ roles in recent political controversies. He posted, “Democrats turned Jack Smith & James Boasberg loose on their political rivals to protect themselves. We don’t even know if Biden was cognitively with-it by the end of his term, but we do know unelected bureaucrats on his staff ruled the nation by autopen. Justice must be served.”
Byron Donalds has represented Florida’s 19th District in Congress since 2021 after serving in the Florida House of Representatives from 2016 to 2020. Born in Brooklyn in 1978 and currently residing in Naples, Donalds holds degrees from both Florida A&M University and Florida State University.
