On January 12, 2026, Donalds stated his position on healthcare with the message: “Together, we will ACTUALLY Make Healthcare Affordable Again https://t.co/HwcPAP7uFp”.
The following day, January 13, 2026, he highlighted recent actions regarding immigration enforcement and border security: “Over 100,000 visas REVOKED. Millions of illegal aliens DEPORTED. Month after month of ZERO CROSSINGS. I’m proud to have voted to pass the largest border security package in a generation and to bolster the deportation of illegal aliens. Byron Donalds has served as a member of Congress since replacing Francis Rooney in 2021. Before his tenure in Washington D.C., he was a member of the Florida House of Representatives from 2016 to 2020. Born in Brooklyn in 1978 and currently residing in Naples at age 44, Donalds holds degrees from both Florida A&M University and Florida State University.
